The SKTEditor is a simple graphical user interface (GUI) application for creating and editing International Solar-Terrestrial Physics (ISTP)/Interagency Consultative Group (IACG) guideline compliant skeleton Common Data Format (CDF) files.
The application is supported as either a Java Web Start application or as a traditional Java desktop application on a wide range of platforms.

Alternative Option: As an alternative to the Launch button above, a Manual installation of the required software and manually launching the application is an option for those who prefer that procedure or for any browser/platform/configuration where the automated procedure doesn't work.
