If you are experiencing problems getting output from the SSCWeb system, please try the following suggestions. If you still don't receive the output that you'd expect, please contact the SSCWeb support staff for guidance.
- Begin with a relatively short time period of a day or two and then gradually lengthen the time range.
- With the Query conjunction system, in particular, requesting fewer conjunctions should produce output quicker.
- If your requests are taking longer than 10 minutes to return or timing out, please let us know and provide a short description of your specific objectives and needs.
