URGENT NOTICE: to Macintosh users using Netscape Navigator 4.x

The "Prepare query to be saved locally" function does NOT work with current versions (4.x) of Netscape Navigator on a Macintosh. Information is not actually saved and cannot be restored. You must use a browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer for this function to work correctly. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Also Note:
We have also seen infrequent cases where the interaction of the SSCWeb environment
with a Web browser may become corrupted, such that SSCWeb executes a different command than
that requested. In the event you see suspicious symptoms, we suggest that you SAVE your
present SSCWeb environment, then fully quit and restart your Web browser, then restore the
saved SSCWeb environment. Please contact us if you experience continuing or frequent problems.
